Latitude 7275 Potentially Bricked from deletion of BIOS

Hey people. I like to consider myself tech savvy but it seems I've bricked my 7275 2-in-1. Was trying to boot linux onto it and formatted the internal drive. I'm guessing that I must have deleted a BIOS partition because it refuses to turn on now. It lights up when charging but any attempt to turn it on has the following outcome:
1. Tablet vibrates

2. Power LED turns on and connected keyboard accessory lights up
3. Shuts off with nothing appearing on display after 1-2 seconds
4 Loops until hard reset

If anyone has any advice on how to repair this issue let me know. I have the case opened and I have access to the m.2 drive inside but I want to double check that that's where the bios is stored and any info I can get on partition size prior to buying any hardware to access it.

Thanks in advance for any info anyone can give me. Happy to provide pictures/videos if need be to help solve this issue.

You may have to try the process several times as not all BIOS recovery can be accomplished right at the first time.  The USB drive needs to be small capacity (32GB or less) and be formatted with FAT32.  The timing of when introducing power to the device until it triggers the BIOS recovery process (when the keyboard light lights up) could be vary between devices.

Also, not sure if you have attempted RTC reset.  On some systems, issues could be recovered when performing RTC reset  https://www.dell.com/support/contents/en-us/videos/videoplayer/reset-real-time-clock/6367706410112

On your Dell system, the BIOS chip is located on the motherboard.  The partition you mentioned on the HDD/SSD is the BIOS recovery image and would not bricked your system.  If the drive was formatted, the system just can not run BIOS auto recovery when the BIOS firmware on motherboard is corrupted.

If the hardware reset did not resolve issue, you can perform BIOS recovery using a USB containing BIOS recovery image.  Temporarily remove the M.2 drive and follow instructions to perform BIOS Recovery 2  https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000132453/how-to-recover-the-bios-on-a-dell-computer-or-tablet

@Chino de Oro I have loaded the recovery image listed here onto a usb drive. Following the instructions for BR2 at the link you provided caused the following reaction:
1. Charging light turns white
2. USB flashes showing usage
3. Keyboard lights up

4. Charge LED flashes 3 Amber 3 White

5. Continues until power disconnected

As far as I understand my recovery image is the correct one for my model and the USB is showing activity but it seems to not recognize the BIOS_IMG.rcv as being correct.
