Dell.com not recognising that I have dell support assist agent installed!

So when I wanted to update my drivers dell.com asked me to install dell support assist agent so I did but after the installation it still didn't recognise that I have it Installed even thought I can open the service. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still didn't work! (I have given dell.com access to motion sensors or something that the website requested. I have logged in and entered my service tag. I am connected to a vpn (cloudflare WARP) I have disabled powershell scripts because of security issues but i don't know if Support Assist Agent requires it because i can open the app just fine.)
