Laptop won't turn on Dell Inspiron 15

My Dell laptop isn't turning on after a "Dell frimwear update" , there "successful bios update " was shown , but after that laptop won't turn on, caps lock blinking almost every 25 second, sometimes fan also kicking with that .now what to do?

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the mainboard. Hold the power button for 30 sec.

Reassemble and see if the system will then boot.

Thanks for responding, I contacted a technician, it turns out that I had a 0% battery. I was worried about boot loop like behavior, now all fixed by just charging !
