Laptop battery stuck at 0%, charging
My laptop battery has been wacky for about a month, but just now it is stuck at 0%, but in dell power manager it says it is charging. However, if I hover over the battery menu, it does not say "x time until fully charged." The battery also says it is at excellent health.

Does the system recognize the AC adapter? F2 at powerup to check.
What model system?
How old is the battery?
What is the current charge capacity of the battery? Run a powercfg /batteryreport at a command prompt with admin privilege for that information.

Your Dell laptop battery might be experiencing a calibration issue, where the software and hardware readings are out of sync.
Perform a power cycle: Shut down your laptop completely, disconnect the charger, remove the battery (if removable), hold down the power button for 30 seconds, then reinsert the battery and plug in the charger. Restart your laptop and see if the battery status updates.
Update Dell Power Manager: Make sure you have the latest version of Dell Power Manager installed. You can download it from the Dell support website for your specific laptop model.
Run hardware diagnostics: Most Dell laptops have built-in diagnostics tools. Run a battery diagnostic test to check for any hardware issues with the battery itself. You can usually access these tools by pressing a specific key combination during startup (consult your laptop manual).
Calibration:
Manual calibration: This process can vary depending on your Dell model. Check the Dell support website for instructions specific to your laptop. In general, the process involves fully charging the battery, then discharging it completely (while keeping the laptop on), and then fully charging it again.
BatteryGaugeReset tool: Dell offers a utility called BatteryGaugeReset that can help recalibrate the battery gauge. Download and run the tool following the instructions on the Dell support website.
