Inspiron 14 7420 2 in 1, sound issue
When I connect a headset via 3.5mm jack, the laptop takes 60 seconds to switch audio from laptop speakers to headset. I have updated windows and drivers they are all the latest. What is the problem with this laptop? It's brand new out of the box.

Hi all,
For those experiencing audio issues, a temporary fix is available.
Downgrade your audio driver to version 6.0.9418.1, A19 by simply downloading the file (it will uninstall the newer version first, reboot and then install the version 6.0.9418.1, A19).
The long term fix is a new driver that should be released in December.
