Inspiron 14 7000 (7425 2in1) series fan replacement

Need a replacement fan for computer, but cannot find parts online. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Started making terrible noise last week, and becoming unusable but for the life of me, can't determine which is the correct replacement without taking apart the computer.
