Follow the instructions posted by Dell Manager:

How to get support for your Dell Keyboard and Mouse that is still under warranty

For Mouse/Keyboard bought with a Dell computer:

  1. Click Get Help Now on the bottom right corner of this page.
  2. Provide your email when requested.
  3. Next, provide the Service Tag of the computer with which you bought the keyboard and/or mouse.
  4. Briefly explain the issue with your mouse or keyboard.
  5. Wait for an agent to be assiged to you.

For an accessory bought separately or from a non-Dell retailer:

  1. Click Get Help Now on the bottom right corner of this page.
  2. Enter your email when requested.
  3. Next, provide the Order Number (found on the invoice for the keyboard or mouse).
  4. Attach a copy of the invoice (image or PDF) to validate the purchase information.
  5. Briefly explain the issue with your mouse or keyboard.
  6. Wait for an agent to be assigned to you.

Note: Initially, you will be triaged by our Virtual Assistant (VA) or BOT. Shortly after, an agent will be assigned to your case to provide further assistance.

Dell-branded products carry a three-year limited hardware warranty. If purchased together with Dell system, it will follow the system warranty.  You can go to Dell.com/terms to learn about your product warranty.

For hardware warranty, contact Dell at 1-800-624-9896, or visit https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us.

Don't make people fool by posting Garbage. I too have DELL KM3322W Keyboard & Mouse Combo which stopped working in merely 1 months and the "Get Help Now" does not move forward without "Service Tag" which the combo does not have. You should have been sued to mislead the consumers and provide poor service support mechanism for claiming warranty you states for the product without Service Tag.

For Mouse/Keyboard/Speakers/Monitor arms bought separately or from a non-Dell retailer:

  1. Post the issue directly on the Customer Care board
  2. Explain that the peripheral device does not have a Service Tag number. That you need a DELL-Cares agent to start the private Direct Message process with you
  3. Provide the Dell Order Number or retailer order number found on the invoice.
  4. Attach a copy of the invoice (image or PDF) to validate the purchase information.
  5. Briefly explain the issue with the peripheral device.
