G15 5521 Special Edition, LED bar
This Laptop comes with an RGB keyboard backlight and a lightbar. I used to have the option to control and change colors before updating the operating system, as well as the Alienware command center. now, after downgrading to version 5x, still it doesn't appears on settings of command center. the lightbar does turns on when booting, but goes off once it complete the booting.

Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them.
I used to have the option to control and change colors
* On which version of AWCC?
after downgrading to version 5x
* Did you test the AWCC 6.x Full Installer shown on the G15 5521 Special Edition Drivers & Downloads page?

Hi Chris,
thanks for your reply, currently I'm on Version 6.7.37.0 (Official Build).
the issue remains same, lights work while booting but doesn't work after windows bootup. also i can't see option to manage lights in AWCC, only keyboard backlight.

Hi @Razvan1811 , I did complete reset - remove everything.
which only removes everything from windows directory only (C: Drive).
