I have a dell laptop 6 years old, not turn on in the morning but turning on in the afternoon.

What is the system model and the OS installed?
Contact Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support Monday through Friday. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them so that they can verify the ownership and warranty status. This will also generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

Please list exact Dell model number and version of windows:
Example; Dell Inspiron 15 (3000 series) 3543(model number), windows 10
You can find your Dell model number in the computer system information.
Just press windows key and R key at same time, type msinfo32 into the command box, select Okay. In the System Information, stroll down to System Model.
In the meantime, run Dell Offline Diagnostic to check Hardware within computer.
1. Power off computer.
2. Power on computer, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Dell One Time Menu.
3. In the menu, select Diagnostic. Report back any error code.
