Can the Dell G3 15 3590 take 64gb's of Ram?

Currently I have 24gb's of Ram, I've done tons of research about the ram capacity and can't exactly put my finger down on what's the max. Intel says my i5 9300H can take 128gb's of Ram and same for the systems motherboard when look up the motherboard specs. In my case I currently would like to install 64 gb's of Ram but don't wanna risk wasting my money. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

Crucial, which guarantees compatibility of its RAM and usually is accurate, says 2X16 = 32 G max.

That doesn't mean 64G won't work, but it does mean that before buying, you should understand your seller's restocking policy -- very few vendors will take back RAM without at least a stiff restocking fee, if they accept returns at all.

Intel's quote is for the processor, which is only part of the answer -- the real limit is at the mainboard level, not the CPU.

@ejn63 Thank you I might try to see if 64 gb's will work! I'll put my new explanation if it works to officially confirm that 64 gb's will work with the Dell G3 15 3590. I think I'd also be the first to test this.

I just want to tell you that your 24 GB of ram are not working on full speed. In the manual you can see that it does not support 16+8gb. Just make it 16 + 16 and it will work much faster.

@G6Fusion Hello guys, it's been a while and I've seen that no one has confirmed the upgrade to 64Gb.

I would like to know if this has been possible and thus make the purchase. thanks for your comments.
