can i upgrade my graphic card nvidia mx 150 to nvida gtx 1650 in laptop

I have nvidia mx 150 graphic card in my laptop. i want to change my graphic card to gtx 1650

Those specs do not indicate the exact model number. You should have a model number such as Inspiron 7580 for example. However from what I have been able to find your system has an integrated GPU soldered to the MB so it is not possible to upgrade the GPU. And in addition the various MBs for that system never included a GTX 1650. So in a word, no you cannot.

Without knowing the exact model of your laptop that is impossible to answer. But in general the GPU in many systems was integrated on the MB which would involve replacing the MB. And it all depends if that GPU was available in your laptop.
