Brightness change in Windows 11 - G15 5521 Special Edition (latest Windows 11)
I couldnt figure this out and as I saw other folks trying to solve the same... there is the bug from Microsoft that bring this malfunction up to many of us...
I tried all what you can imagine, but still the same incl. things you would hardly imagine... but then...
I visit Power Settings (old style) and click on the Mobile Device Center (in the circle... just click on anything and voila...)

This is of course related to the fact that in BIOS you can set brightness, as well as in newly installed Windows, etc. but current OS just won’t let you change brightness level anyhow (FN Keys, in Settings or in the Quick settings on the Start bar close to Time), but this did it and it also stayed as this after reboots etc.
