Having the same exact problem, I have tried repairing the app, and a slew of other things. Nothing seems to work the only way i could get the pop up to stop showing up every 10 seconds was stopping the program in the services tab.

i have this issue too and only option i seem to get is to pay them money to fix a problem an update caused.
