What are the things I can replace in the Dell G5 5000?

I don't know a lot about PC building, but I was looking to upgrade my 2070 Super to a 3070. Is there enough room in the case for a 3070? And would there also be enough room for a RAM upgrade? I am looking to upgrade to at least 64 gigs of RAM, if not 96 gigs since I currently have 32 gigs (2 16gb ddr4-3200 sticks of ram) and have performance issues running some games at high quality. Also, is the power supply that comes with the G5 5000 enough? As well as the i7-10700KF that comes with it? Thanks!

most likely the performance issue is not d/t low memory.  32 is way more than enough for modern gaming. You only need more if you create content, do 3D rendering or edit 4k video.

RTX 3070 has been verified in g5 5000.  Physical length compatibility depends on video card maker model.  https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/Dell-G5-5000/197197

stock 500w psu is good enough.  No need to update cpu for gaming. Always, almost always it is gpu you need a faster one for better gaming performance.

Would I need more memory if I have dual monitors? One is FHD and the other is 4k. I've found that some VR games I play, the performance is improved if I turn off or unplug one of my monitors. Don't know if this is still a gpu limitation or a memory limitation.

not system memory but video card memory.  Faster more powerful gpu tend to have more vRAM.  Your 32 gb is system memory which has nothing to do w multi monitors.
