Hi, Not sure were else to go, i contacted dell support about 2 weeks ago and it turns out i need to return my PC back to base for a repair, they sent me the box so i could pack it away which i did, then they gave me a tracking number to contact the courier and get it collected, i contacted the courier and they said it was the wrong number, so i emailed back to support to get the correct number but knowone will emails me back ? i have sent about 9 emails and am getting realy fed up i have my PC in a box in the hall waiting to go and know one has come back to me ?
I am know loosing my patience, please can someone Help Me
