Power off when factory reset now content restarting
Power went off when resetting and computer keeps restarting now. I can still run bios though if BIOS is clicked fast enough. But I can't get past bios menu. I can't use USB to load OS. And if I insert keyboard it's instant restart. No bios menu. Nothing. However mouse still works. Dell Vostro 3670. Every standard programs of BIOS can be accessed and settings can be changed too. Detects USB as well. Just does not go past this menu, starts to restart if I try.

@Alex_Rebt What do you mean by "resetting"? Resetting BIOS, resetting Windows...?
Try clearing BIOS:

Had to change hard drive, there was problem in it of not being able to create new partition. But thanks for replying. How do I close this thread?
