Inspiron 3020 Small Form Desk Top will not load
Inspiron 3020 Desktop
I purchased this from Costco. I cannot get it to load. There is power going to it but nothing on the monitor.

This was resolved by the user plugging the Inspiron 3020 Desktop into a different power outlet.

What color is power button, and steady or blinking..?
If you have an add-in video card, it would be in area #6. So if there's an add-in card, the monitor must be connected there, not to either of the two onboard video ports, #2 and #3.
