I have a inspiron 3880
Inspiron 3880
It has i3-10100,8gb ddr4 ram,1tb hard drive,200w psu and I want to add a nvidia t600, will I be able to add it?

It should work. The suggested PSU size is 200W, which you have. And the card draw is only 40W. Also the GT 1030 should work as it is a low power draw card. But if you go with the 1030 be sure to look for the GDDR5 and not the GDDR4 version.

Are you sure it's safe pls confirm because Dell suggests 260w

Certainly, it is a 40w card, within the power requirements and self power from PCIe slot.
