G5 5000 Tower, Geforce GTX 1660 Ti, DVI port stopped working

I've had this system running dual monitors for a couple of years no problem, 1 thru HDMI Port & 1 Thru DVI Port on the GeForce GTX 1660 ti. When monitor went blank i thought monitor was dead, but I swapped video cable from HDMI port onto blank monitor and monitor came back just fine. I replaced cable from DVI Port to monitor but still no signal. in windows 11, when i try to detect multiple displays it says no display found for 2nd monitor. Did the DVI Port on GeForce GTX 1660 ti give up the ghost? there is no way to detect or enable/disable DVI Port on this card. I've also updated to current driver, but no luck.

* One thing to test before replacing the GTX 1660 Ti is to turn the G5 5000 off
* Disconnect the power cable from the G5 5000
* Disconnect all monitor cables from the GTX 1660 Ti
* Lay the G5 5000 on right side
* Remove the left side cover (page 11)
* Remove the GTX 1660 Ti from the motherboard slot (pages 29/30)
* Use compressed air can to blow all dust out of the motherboard slot and GTX 1660 Ti
* Reseat the GTX 1660 Ti into the the motherboard slot. It should click into place
* Replace the left side cover
* Stand the G5 5000 up
* Reconnect all cabling, power on and retest the DVI port

@DELL-ChrisM2 Just a heads up... Display Port to HDMI cable resolved the issue. Display Port takes over if DVI is not active.

@DELL-ChrisM2 Thanks for the Input, Is this a common issue with the GTX 1660 Ti ? I worked many years in retail IT Service and know these things do pop up. I'm retired now. Just curious about the GTX 1660 Ti reliability

@DELL-ChrisM2 Just an FYI... I'm going to try the Display port on this card as well, but not sure on display priority. Will Display port produce video if DVI Port is not active?

HDMI is 1st priority, not sure if DVI is assigned as 2nd or open.
