Driver problem after Windows 10 reinstall
I had to have Windows 10 reinstalled due to a computer crash after a windows update. After getting my computer back and updating everything with Dell and downloading printer drivers, I noticed that PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller, PCI Memory Controller, and SM Bus Controller have exclamations next to them. I run the troubleshooter on all of them, but it couldn't find the problem. Do you know of drivers I could install to correct the problem? Dell shows that everything has been updated.

Install in order listed, and reboot in between each installation.
Any other drivers that Win 10 didn't automatically install or are marked with ! or X in Device Manager when you reboot after doing #3, can be found here.

Sounds like the Intel Chipset, and possible also the Intel Management Engine, drivers are missing or corrupted.
Since you didn't tell us what PC model this is or the version of Windows, I can't post a link to the right drivers...

Thank you Ron. And I only needed to Install the Intel Chipset Driver and It fixed the issues. Searched for awhile to find this solution. Again Thank You.

RoHe....this worked for me, I used to have those 3 Exclamation Marks, this is an Eye Sore, I have a Dell XPS 8900 i5-6500, the way I did it is, I installed them in order, but did a reboot on the third/last download, still, worked, Thank You very much.

I did try that, disable secure boot, but nothing, the new gpu is actually powering up, fan spinning, but blank screen, tries to take out cmos battery, and reset bios using mobo jumper, still nothing

@raffyraffy2000 - Glad that helped you too. I assume you installed the three drivers specific for your the XPS 8900, not the ones I linked above for the OP's Inspiron 3668.
FWIW, it's usually better to reboot after each one of those drivers is installed because some drivers won't install or won't work correctly, if the previous driver on the list wasn't fully installed first.

@raffyraffy2000 - Start a new thread about your GPU upgrade problem. Be sure to include PC model, version of Windows, new GPU model...
But without knowing the details, let me ask if you disabled Secure Boot in BIOS setup before installing the new GPU? Drivers for retail GPUs won't load when Secure Boot is enabled and that prevents the PC from booting.
If that's your issue, you have to remove new GPU, and either put old one back in or just connect the monitor to one of the onboard Intel HD Graphics ports (with new GPU removed). Power on and tap F2 to open BIOS setup. Disable Secure Boot, save the change, and exit setup. PC will boot automatically to Windows. Shut down normally and reinstall the new GPU...
