DELL: MEMORY MANAGEMENT error be caused by DDR4 2666MHz memory modules
Inspiron 5400 AIO
Regards to my 2020 Dell 5400 AIO, per the support page located at https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000138049/some-computers-may-hang-or-present-a-blue-screen-with-stop-code-memory-management-error, I have experienced numerous blue screen shut downs since last fall, just as my warranty expired, of course.
I've pretty much pulled out my hair trying to resolve. I started with W10, then after upgrading to W11 the problems started. Recently (this morning) did clean install of W11 on a freshly formatted partition, updated the BIOS and all critical drivers, reboot, and aside from being dirt dog slow, I get four blue screens spaced ten minutes apart. Finally, after some digging came across the Windows Diagnostic tool that identifies a hardware problem Further searching reveals a known issue with the 2666mhz ram being used in these models. Question is, does the RAM wear out with use? PC was purchased in fall of 2020. I have HP's that are doing great at 8 years old.
If I replace my RAM with the same thing, will the problem persist? Do I need to upgrade to a different type or speed of RAM? Will reverting back to Windows 10 eliminate the proble?
Here's the Win Diagnostics file, if it means anything to anyone. All I can say is that I'm about ready to donate this boat anchor and go back to HP.

@RoHe I did yet ANOTHER clean install booted from my USB drive, including new partitions and drive formatting, after my apps like mail, notepad and calculator quit working. I also installed all the critical and relevant Dell drivers. While not someone inclined to crack open a computer, this was just too aggravating to live with, I purchased a 16GB memory module and installed it, replacing one of the two banks of 8GB memory. After all of that I still got a blue screen!
I decided to see if there was a memory integrity test, and lo and behold, Windows 11 has a Windows Memory Diagnostic App. As soon as the app started running it said I had a hardware issue. After rebooting I took out the remaining 8GB of memory from the original build and ran the test again, this time there was no problem detected. I took the 8GB module I had originally removed and replaced the one that remained and ran the test again with the result showing another hardware problem. Essentially, both 8GB modules were cooked. I tried reseating them to ensure that wasn't the issue before running the second test, so it is confirmed the modules were either defective or damaged, perhaps during a power surge. The other thing that reduces the chance that it was the memory card becoming unseated is the fastening mechanism: two pretty robust spring fasteners that hold the cards on each side. Once in place, those memory cards aren't going anywhere.
All that to say, problem solved. I purchased a PNY 8BG card to go with the 16GB card I purchased, so we're comfortably and reliably at 24GB of memory. Life is good.

To be clear on this, the Dell website listed above states, "When Improved memory compatibility for DDR4 2666Mhz memory DIMMS is listed, the BIOS has been updated to resolve the issue. When it does not, please refer to this site later, for an updated BIOS." The BIOS update description does NOT indicate improved memory compatibility, so In other words, updating my BIOS, will have no effect on the frequency of the BSoD problem.

What's the RAM config in this system? How many modules and what size is each one?
Did you try re-seating the RAM modules in their slots?
Things can fail, so it's possible, especially if you've had any recent power outages...
BTW: Your Inspiron 5400 AIO isn't on the list of "Affected Products" at the link you posted at beginning of the OP. So does that even apply here?
