DELL: MEMORY MANAGEMENT error be caused by DDR4 2666MHz memory modules

Regards to my 2020 Dell 5400 AIO, per the support page located at https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000138049/some-computers-may-hang-or-present-a-blue-screen-with-stop-code-memory-management-error, I have experienced numerous blue screen shut downs since last fall, just as my warranty expired, of course.

I've pretty much pulled out my hair trying to resolve. I started with W10, then after upgrading to W11 the problems started. Recently (this morning) did clean install of W11 on a freshly formatted partition, updated the BIOS and all critical drivers, reboot, and aside from being dirt dog slow, I get four blue screens spaced ten minutes apart. Finally, after some digging came across the Windows Diagnostic tool that identifies a hardware problem Further searching reveals a known issue with the 2666mhz ram being used in these models. Question is, does the RAM wear out with use? PC was purchased in fall of 2020. I have HP's that are doing great at 8 years old.

If I replace my RAM with the same thing, will the problem persist? Do I need to upgrade to a different type or speed of RAM? Will reverting back to Windows 10 eliminate the proble?

Here's the Win Diagnostics file, if it means anything to anyone. All I can say is that I'm about ready to donate this boat anchor and go back to HP.
