I am unable to install DIA again
I restore my maintenance image without drivers and now I am trying to install DIA but it gives error like,
"this tool cannot be installed on this image as there are no available rearms to run sysprep"

Hello, I presume the OS is Windows 7. With Windows 7 you only get 3 rearms. Sysprep uses up a rearm every time it runs. The IA tool needs a rearm to work correctly. It will error out if there are none left. To verify this, open a CMD prompt. Type "Slmgr.vbs /dlv" without quotes. This should verify the rearm count. If they have been used up, you may need to reinstall the OS.
