Trouble starting Navisphere Manager Simulator

I am having some trouble while launching Navisphere web page for Navisphere Manager Simulator

First time I tried to start Navisphere webpage it installed java on my computer.

Now whenever I am trying to Launch Navisphere I am getting "Loading Java Applet Failed.." at the bottom of webpage.

I have checked Add-ons in Java Plug-in 1.4.2_02 and Sun Java console are Enabled in IE.

Please help.

Spent hours trying various methods and even blue-screened a Windows XP laptop. My eventual solution was to download and install Google Chrome. The Navi-Sim works. Thank God! Now maybe I can learn something about Storage Array management instead of pulling my hair out over Java versions, Browser versions and OS versions.

Good Luck!

Hi ArunKumar,

have you tried upgrading to a newer version of java? You could just try that first and see if it makes any difference. Also, what sometimes happens is that a pop that asks if you trust the content from running is not displayed properly, and that it is just lacking rights. You can check by alt-tabbing to see if this question popped under your active window.

I am having a similar problem. I have tried IE and Firefox and have installed Java 1.4.2_02.

IE:

Firefox:

I have also installed the latest java. I have tried this on 2 different PCs with the same results.

Any help would be appreciated.

hi ..I 'm having problem in installing navisphere V4.5 in my Dell inspiron 1525  model. Initially I had Vista installed ,I uninstalled it n loaded my Lp with XP service pack3 ,thinking that Vista is not compatible.

The problem is still there , it says installing (the 4th option after chose install folder>choose shortcut folder >pre installation summary.) and hangs there forever.

I 'm able to install it in any other Pcs or laptop..

any help wiil be greatly appreciated !.
