Education.emc.com unavailable?

Hi Guys,

Having problems logging into education.emc.com. Have sent off an email to edservices@emc.com asking about it, and they said it's a known issue and that it's being worked on, but it's now been 12 hours and i'm still having problems. Does anyone know the ETA of this outage? I've got the Avamar exam tomorrow, and i need to get the pdfs for the avamar, and avamar virtual edition e-learning modules.
