MD3600f Firmware Upgrade and what is the right MDSM Software
Hi ,
I badly needed your help because I'm now Deploying PowerVault MD3600f Storage Array. I installed already the MDSM Application software and storage array is already connected to the host.
Once I clicked, Manage Storage Array, there is an error message appearing , Your Manage software is not compatible to the Firmware of the Controller. I'm using Dell PowerVault MD36xxf Resource DVD, VERSION 1.0.0.21.
Please advise how can i resolve this issue and please advise also how can I download and install the firmware. Once I go to upgrade the firmware, it says that the firmware version is not already upgradable and it will not work. How can i reset the firmware and re-install it. Need resourses on how to download it.
Appreciated your help.

Hi Sam,
Thanks for your immediate assistance. Do we have reference materials on how can I upgrade the firmware. How can I upload the downloaded firmware files. Do I need to use the CLI? Please help. Thank in advance!
