EqualLogic GroupManager displays different number of replicas, 2 outbound and 1 inbound.

GroupManager displays different number of replicas, 2 outbound and 1 inbound.  Is this normal behavior?

I have escalated this issue to the Dell Technical Support.  They have checked with their lab environment and confirmed the same behavior.  There's no functional issue with the status displayed like this.  Two points they have told me:

1) the number of the replica in Outbound includes the history of the replication.   it will show one extra replica in addition to the configured number of replica set. (in my case, it is 1 (configured) + 1 (extra), so 2 in total)

2) the number of the replica in Inbound indicates the actual number of replica set used for data redundancy function.

don, thanks for your reply.

My intention is to perform only 1 replication, yet seeing two replicas appearing in "outbound" is a bit puzzling.

While two replicas are displayed for outbound, the inbound shows only one.  I've tried manually deleting the older one of the two in outbound, but two replicas appeared again.

there does not seem to be any functional issue due to this though.  Wondering whether this is a normal behavior of the system.
