Unable to save SupportAssist after firmware upgrade
After upgrading EQL6100 firmware from version 7 to 8, SANHQ 3.0 no longer allow me to save SupportAssist configuration. I tried both local and domain admin accounts.
No Events found!

Issue resolved after I fill up the contact details. It isn't obvious that this got wipe off and need to be filled also after the uninstall and reinstall.

Hello,
SANHQ 3.0 is pretty old. Current version is 3.4. I would suggest upgrading SANHQ to see if that resolves the issue.

I have upgraded to 3.4 and still encounter the same issue.
Previously we also encounter some issues that can only be resolved by completely remove SanHQ and reinstall again. Maybe I will try this.
update: After uninstall and delete the folder and reinstall, still cannot save.
