Hello,
Can you provide some more details? This doesn't appear to be an EqualLogic Array error message.

Hello,
The screenshots aren't viewable. Are you trying to do this via the ASM GUI or via the EQL array GUI?
I would try doing it from the EQL array GUI. Then manually connect to the snapshot via the MS ISCSI initiator client.
It's a cluster resource so it will have to be brought into the cluster. But the base volume is already connected which is likely a problem for the cluster services.
have you opened a support case? With either Dell or Microsoft?

Don

Hello,
You can open a one time support case for a fee. That would be my suggestion. They can webex in and directly assist you. I have never seen a "server not connected" error on EQL arrays. The array GUI would not care about a server connection if you are just bringing a snapshot online.

Hello,
I've tried to reply twice already but it's not showing up
Yes via the EQL WebGUI or that CLI
GrpName>volume select VOLUMENAME
GrpName_VolumeName>show snapshots
GrpName_VolumeName>snapshot select SNAPSHOTNAME online

Hello,
That's going to be a MS issue. See if this article is of any help
