SANHQ and Support Assist

Hello Guys - Our SANHQ is behind firewall and no access to the internet. Looks  logs aren't getting uploaded to dell. Can we use proxy in SANHQ to allow logs to be uploaded or what is the name of the SupportAssist Server and port it uses to go out for we do NAT?
