SAN HQ initial setup

Hello Gurus,

I have configured controller with dedicated management port.
iscsi network is 172.20.10.100
management port ETH4 192.168.200.153
I am able to use GUI and to configure SAN, but have no luck connecting to SAN HQ.
I tried both IP and getting error
Obviously the management host and management SAN IP on the same subnet
What I am doing wrong?

Thanks

Hello, When you configured the Dedicated Management feature, you created a Management Well Known Address. (MWKA). Make sure you can ping that IP address and use that for SANHQ. That is the only address that should be used. What version of EQL firmware and what version of SANHQ are you using? Regards, Don

Thank you fro the reply. The version of HQ is 3.4.0.9366 and the firmware version is 9.0.9 on both units.
I will upgrade later on to 10 once finish with iscsi. I figured out what the problem was. I was trying to use SNMP community created by default and it did not work.  Once I manually created RO SNMP  "public" community Iwas able to complete SAN HQ configuration.
Thanks again
