Equal Logic 6110 Initial Setup
We just received a repurposed Equal Logic PS 6110. After performing a reset to restore it to the default setting, it is unable to initialize or complete a setup. I am connected via the serial port. After the reboot, the following message appears:
It appears that the storage array has not been configured.
Would you like to configure the array now ? (y/n) [n]y
Group Manager Setup Utility
The setup utility establishes the initial network and storage
configuration for a storage array and then configures the array
as a member of a new or existing group of arrays.
For help, enter a question mark (?) at a prompt.
Do you want to proceed (yes | no ) [no]: yes
*** Cannot create mini RAID set: No devices.
Setup has failed. Please contact customer support.
The storage array is still initializing. Limited commands will be available until the initialization is complete. Please try again later.
When the reset was performed, it was a full system reset to factory default. There are no arrays stored on the system. The problem is, there has been no RAID units configured. I also have seven new drives installed and and this error is displayed:

Has anyone else seen this issue before and if so, how was it resolved to allow for a new setup?
Thanks
