I Solved it..

Forced SAN HQ to use manually e-mail settings instead of using Group e-mail Settings for alerts, than changed back to group e-mail settings, and the warning cleared.

Thanks in advanced.

Hello, When you added the interface on SANHQ did you update the e-mail server to get mail from that subnet or host? Are you getting the e-mail alerts? What version of EQL firmware and what version of SANHQ? Regards, Don

The e-mail alerts is working normally, the problem just appeared when I added a new vlan interface into my Server (where SAN HQ is installed) that got IP from DHCP (and obviously a second gateway) from that new vlan and with the SAN HQ email alerts, but this vlan does not exist anymore in the server (was just used to make a backup to another server in the same vlan), but even the alerts being working normally right now, this warning never clears from the SAN HQ interface.. I think this is a software bug...

EQL firmware version 10.0.2

SAN HQ version 3.4
