Why isn't there A Digital Asset Manager forum?

Can you create a Digital Asset Manager (DAM) forum?

We have created the new forum as requested and moved topics related to digital asset management into it.

I am new to the EMC/Documentum community and cannot seem to find the Digital Asset Manager forum. Can you be a bit more specific about where it is located?
