My profile change

I have switched compaines recently. I tried to email Dianna (di@documentum.com), I am note sure why, but the email bounced back. I also sent an email to Tony Long, but for some reason I haven't got a response yet.
I navigated to My Account Information, I could only change my email Id and office number. How do I change the following?
Customer Name:
Site/Location Name:
EMEA Customer Id:

Sorry, I haven't responded.

I had forgotten to update my profile with my EMC address, and apparently they have turned off my Documentum address.

Is this still an issue for you? If so your best bet is to email contact_updates@documentum.com, as they are the ones that maintain the contact information. Or you can email me (wellsharter_dianna@emc.com) and I'll make sure they get the information.

The e-mail is bouncing because everyone has new e-mail accounts with emc.com, unfortunately it not a simple as replacing documentum.com with emc.com. (Oh I wish that it was :-( )

I will try di@emc.com and tlong@emc.com and let you know if it works.
Well, the above didn't work either. Harris, could you do something about this. I have also copied you on the email that I sent to Dianna and Tony.

Ajay,

I have noiticed the new emails are in this format:
lastname_firstname@emc.com.

You might want to try that.

I tried your suggestion too, but the email won't go through. I would appreciate if an Admin for this Support Forum from Documentum could repond to this thread.

I'm sorry. I must have missed your email. The best way to get this type of request in is to submit web site feedback.

sorry to bring back this topic, but I just wanted to let the community know that I did emailed Dianna for my profile change couple of months back, but nothing happened. Best way to go about this is to open a support case.
I know most of us are consultants, so I thought this would be useful to the community.

That is totally fine. I figured that we have to open case anyway to get download center access (when email changes), stick this along with that.
