How do I change my Powerlink password?

Question

The Powerlink help says to change the Powerlink password on the profile page within the preferences, but I cannot see anything there that lets me change the password. What am I missing? Thanks!

Hi Tim,The Change Password function has been turned off for some of our converted users due to performance considerations.However, as someone pointed out in an earlier thread, you can bypass this by telling the system that you forgot your password before logging in. It will send you an email through which you are able to reset the password.Thanks,Erich

After clicking on the Preferences, you should see 'User Content Preferences: Profile' near the top of the page. Right below that is 'Change Password' button.

The only button below 'User Content Preferences: Profile' on my screen is 'Update Profile'. Am I missing a button for some reason?
