Are the service requests offline today?

All of a sudden, there is no more access to them.

I just received notice that users are not able to access Powerlink. We have a critical ticket open with our IT group and we are working to restore. Cause unknown at this point.

Access issue is resolved, users should be able to log in again.

I got the same error as well. I talked to one of my network engineers, and he said that there was a possible attack on the top level DNS servers. I guess this has been fixed now.

It's strange indeed. This morning I was getting DNS errors after I would log to forum or PL from two different locations (hotel and customer) so I contacted PSAM and he confirmed there was an issue going on. Shortly after that it started to work. Error I was getting was like following:

Service Unavailable - DNS failure
The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.
