TheITGuy 83. We tried all kinds of things including updating the BIOS and none of them worked except for the following:
1. Initially to get the E6430's to work we plugged them into a little 4 port hub and then they would image fine. If we plugged them directly into the wall port they would error with the PXE error.
2. In SCCM we were using IP Subnets for this particular office that was giving us troubles and we changed it to use IP Address range.

I'm looking for an answer to this as well. If I try to boot with E6430 Lattitude I get the PXE-E51 error. Tired a Optiplex 755 desktop i had sitting around and it booted fine.

Have you been able to resolve this issue at all? I am having issues with the Latitude E6430s.
I can PXE boot all my previous dell models including the E6320 but am unable to PXE boot the E6430s.
I am wondering if it may be a bios thing. I will try updating the BIOS in the morning and let you know how i go.

Well Hotdog! I can't believe that.
the first thing i did when i got to work this morning was plug in an 8 port hub and bam, the E6430s PXE booted.
plugged four of them into the same switch and they all booted as well. Thanks Heaps Mobley232.

The switch port connected to the PXE NIC is running Spanning Tree Protocol is thus not activated immediately when a link is detected. This forces the DHCP request from the PXE client to timeout.
If you are connected with Cisco switch.By default spanning tree protocol is activated in Cisco switch. You have to deactivate STP on particular vlan by
#no spanning-tree vlan id
Then try to boot from LAN.Hope will success.

Got a 4 port ethernet switch and it went through.
