Compact task failure problems

We are moving from Diskxtender for Windows to Celerra and Rainfinity FMA so I need to get all our data back from our Centeras to our Windows file servers to migrate it to Celerra.

I'm trying to use the compact media task to do this but it fails with an error:

Has anyone seen this before? If so what did you do to fix it? I've seen the knowledgebase article about this error code - it is fairly useless.
