restore computer to factory settings
i've been trying to restore my computer to factory settings, but i don't have a factory image restore option when trying to restore, and my cd/dvd drive spins disk but doesn't read them, so i can't use the cd to restore my computer

You posted in the Dell|EMC Storage forum. What Dell|EMC SAN array model do you have that you want to restore to the defaults?

You really have no option other than to take it to get fixed. I'd take it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They can fix anything!
