replacement poweredge server will re-use hostname, ip address and HBA card

Our new server is a replacement for an older poweredge.  The old server has been scrapped.  However, we will re-use the hostname, ip address and HBA card.  We want to reconnect this new server to the EMC SAN.  Once the Navisphere agent is configured on the new server with the host/ip info, what are the remaining steps that are necessary to remount the SAN storage?

You will need to update the HBA driver to an EMC supported version, update the HBA firmware if it's on an old version, install PowerPath if it's an OS that doesn't support native multipathing (e.g. Windows), and if you don't plug the HBAs into the exact switches they were in before (e.g. HBA1 used to be on switch 1, but now you plugged it into switch 2), you would have to update/fix the zoning on the switches.
