Moved MD3420 to new server, array and virtual disks detected but not in Windows

I moved 2 storage controllers and a disk shelf from an old Dell server to a new one.  I installed Dell Powervault Modular Disk Storage Manager on the new server and it see the arrays and the virtual disks.  I removed the old host and added the new one and both virtual disks are showing "Accessible By <new_host>" yet when I go into Windows Disk Management, the disks do not show up.  I feel like I'm missing something small but not sure how to fix it.  Any suggestions?

After digging around some more, I figured this out!  In case this helps anyone else out, the fix was to select "Manage Host Port Identifiers".  There were 5 of them listed under my array and I had to click each one and choose Edit, then change the "Associated with Host" from the old server to the new one for each identifier.  Once I did that, I performed a "Rescan Disks" under Windows Disk Management and it detected both of the virtual disks.  From there I just had to Online them and assign drive letters and all is working again.
