Dell Pro Slim, no AHCI/RAID options in BIOS

I hate to start posts out like this, but I have never seen a dumber group of people in my life than Dell support technicians. I got in a brand new Dell Pro Slim today. Went into the BIOS to disable RAID and enable AHCI and lo and behold, those options are gone. So why did this technician in chat spend an hour trying to tell me that the options were still there? Unbelievable stupidity. He even when, as far as showing me the manual and the manual said that those options should still be there. But guess what? They're not. I have seen Dell pull some bone headed moves in my time, but this one trumps them all. All they did was copy and older manual. There is no RAID/AHCI option anymore. It is RAID and you have no choice. I am done with Dell. What a bunch of idiots!
