I download several models from “https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/zh-cn/product/dell-pro-ai-studio/drivers”, but all these models cannot be supported by Dell Pro AI Studio, why.

We have released updated installers for the AI models that are more resilient and no longer encounter the lookup error from the original post. New installers are version 1.0.1 and are available at https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-us/product/dell-pro-ai-studio/drivers. By default the page will give downloads for Intel focused NPU models, switch the OS to Windows 11 ARM64 for Qualcomm NPU models.

Hi @liuchuanwen,
Thanks for your post and the screen provided. From the screen it looks like the elevated command prompt is set at C:\Windows\System32 and the MSI for the model installer is located in C:\DPAIS. Even though the MSI and model zip file are located in the same directory (C:\DPAIS) the command line being set to C:\Windows\System32 makes the MSI think it's being launched from that directory and is actually trying to find the hash for the model zip in there. If you CD to C:\DPAIS and execute the same msiexec command the install should successfully execute and locate the model zip. It looks like you're trying to install Phi for Intel, we have a dedicated KB for that experience to reference if needed at How to install Phi-3.5-mini-instruct for use with Dell Pro AI Studio on Intel platforms.
Hope that helps and please let us know if you're still having issues!
Best Regards,
