Pro 14 Premium PA14250, D6000, 3 monitor issue
Hi,
I have brand new Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250 with Intel Arc. The Pro 14 Premium PA14250 is connected with Dell Dock D6000 to 3 Dell monitors.
I have an issue which the Arc showing display only on one screen and on the other 2 I can see only the cursor.
I have tried to install all drivers for the laptop and docking station but still the same issues. Any idea what I can do?
Thanks

To solve this problem, we installed the driver "DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows11.7 M4-EXE" and the monitor started working again on the Dock D6000.

I have the exact same issue. This is how I get it to work (EVERY... SINGLE... RESTART - ie every day!)
1. Make sure the 3 screens are shown in Windows display settings
2. Uninstall the Intel ARC display driver from programs and features
3. Don't reboot
Second way:
1. Install the Intel ARC display driver
2. Uninstall it
3. Don't reboot
Third way:
1. Extract the drivers to a folder location
2. In device manager, remove the display driver (also tick the "uninstall" box)
A combination of the above always works, but it's a total pain the backside!!!
I have 2 x Dell 32" 4K monitors and a Viewsonic 2K monitor, all working off the D6000 universal dock - but Dell / Intel don't make it easy!
