Dell Premium 16 weird screen colors with Nvidia 5070

Hello,

I have a Dell premium issue with a weird screen issue. It has the OLED screen and the dual video card setup (an Intel one and the Nvidia 5070).

Normally the laptop runs with the Intel card but when i play a demanding game the Nvidia kicks in. This is when weirdness happens and suddenly all colors turn weird (as seen on the pics below). When the Intel card is used again, colors go back to normal.

I have tried to uninstalling all Nvidia related drivers (even using DDU), installing latest drivers and also changing settings in the Nvidia control panel. Nothing seems to fix this issue.

Does anyone have any idea what might go be wrong and how to fix it? Thanks

I figured it out, seems the issue was with the Nvidia control panel application. I removed it and the issue went away.. Just leaving it here for anyone who might come across the similar issue :)

Ok here is a more detailed explanation:

I had installed the Dell Premiere color application. I think this caused the problems. I removed it and uninstalled all Nvidia related applications and drivers. I restarted and reinstalled the nvidia drivers. No control panel or Nvidia app. And it has been working fine...
