16 Premium DA16250, slow charger, use a higher watt charger

I have a Dell 16 Premium DA16250. I bought it 1 month ago. I am using the charger that comes with the laptop. I am sitting here in the office trying to work on my laptop and cannot get it to charge fast enough!! It's saying "slow charger, use a higher watt charger". What is going on !?!?! This is pretty ridiculous I have to stop working and wait for my laptop to recharge and cannot just plug it in, and work while it charges!! :( Why is this charger you sent me with the laptop not effective? Why is there this limitation? For almost $4k it's unacceptable that it does not charge. Here is the charger model - 130W Type-C Adapter

The 130W adapter is the one the system should have -- and 130W should be plenty to run the system.  If you're seeing an error about power, contact Dell for warranty service -- either the adapter is faulty or the system board is.

Please run through these troubleshooting steps.

The provided 130W Type-C power adapter must be connected to one of the 16 Premium DA16250 left side Thunderbolt 5 ports. I use the rear one.

Then, disconnect all external monitors or dock from the 16 Premium DA16250. Does the message appear?

If the message does not appear, then reconnect the external monitors like this =

16 Premium DA16250 left side rear Thunderbolt 5 port --> 130W Type-C power adapter

16 Premium DA16250 left side middle Thunderbolt 5 port --> U3224KB Thunderbolt cable --> U3224KB #7 Thunderbolt 4 upstream port (pages 13/14)

16 Premium DA16250 right side Thunderbolt 5 port --> U3223QZ USB-C cable --> U3223QZ #5 USB-C upstream port (page 13)

Once all is reconnected, does the message appear?
