We couldn't process your payment for this order
Trying to buy a couple of accessories using a combination of Reward Points and also Credit Card. I've tried with two different cards and get a followup email from Dell stating that "We couldn't process your payment for this order". Confirmed with the credit card company that there is no reason this should not go through... It's about $500 purchase. Any ideas? Dell doesn't want my $$$.

I was able to resolve this issue. Needed to make sure I had an appropriate credit limit on the cards in question.

It looks like combining reward points and credit cards caused the payment to fail. Try paying with just one method or contact Dell support to fix it. They should help you complete your order.
