VAT in Scotland on Dell laptops

I'm currently considering purchasing a Dell laptop, specifically the XPS 15, and I'd like to understand how much VAT will be charged for delivery to Scotland. Is there a standard VAT rate for laptops in this region, and are there any additional considerations I should be aware of?

I came across a <spam link removed> tool, and I don't know How accurate is this tool in estimating the VAT. Are there any resources you would recommend for calculating VAT on Dell products?
