Urgent complaint, no resolution provided after 3 months (Blue Screen issue)

Dear Support Team,
I have been facing persistent blue screen (BSOD) issues for the past three months. Despite following all instructions — updating drivers, sending multiple screenshots, logs, etc. — there is still no solution.

I am now forced to escalate this issue as the support experience has been unhelpful and repetitive. Please escalate this case to a higher-level technician or supervisor immediately.
